Robert Sandstrom, MD, FCAP

Dr. Sandstrom graduated with a Bachelor of Science from McGill University of Montreal, Canada in 1968. Dr. Sandstrom completed medical school at the University of Washington, Seattle in 1971. He completed a rotating internship at Toronto General Hospital and Toronto’s Sick Children’s Hospital. Dr. Sandstrom completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He concurrently served as a Clinical Fellow at Harvard Medical School. He completed a fellowship in Dermatopathology under the direction of Dr. Martin Mihm at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Sandstrom is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. He also is certified in Immunohematology and Blood Banking. He holds joint board certification in Dermatopathology from the American Board of Dermatology and American Board of Pathology. Dr. Sandstrom is an active staff member of St. John Medical Center, Longview, Washington, and consulting staff member at Morton General Hospital, Morton, Washington, Ocean Beach Hospital, llwaco, Washington and Columbia Memorial Hospital, Astoria, Oregon. He is licensed in Washington and Oregon.

Helen Kim, MD, FCAP

Dr. Kim obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Loma Linda, California, followed by a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She also completed a fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the University of California-Davis School of Medicine and is Nuclear Medicine Board certified.

She is a Diplomate of National Board of Medical Examiners in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and Nuclear Medicine. She is a member of the College of American Pathologists, American Society of Clinical Pathologists, American College of Nuclear Physicians, European Association of Nuclear Medicine, International Academy of Pathologists, Washington State Medical Association, California Society of Pathologists, and Washington State Society of Pathologists.

Dr. Kim is an active medical staff member at St. John’s Medical Center, Longview, Washington and is a consulting staff member at Ocean Beach Hospital, Washington, and Columbia Memorial Hospital in Astoria, Oregon. She is licensed to practice medicine in Washington and Oregon.

Sheila Lynam, MD, FCAP

Dr. Lynam graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Art from Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma. Dr. Lynam completed medical school at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1993. She completed her internship in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1994. She completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1997. Dr. Lynam completed her fellowship training in Surgical Pathology at Vanderbilt University, Nashville, Tennessee in 2000. She was certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology through the American Board of Pathology in 1998. Dr. Lynam is an active staff member of St. John Medical Center, Longview, Washington, and consulting staff member at Morton General Hospital, Morton, Washington, Ocean Beach Hospital, llwaco, Washington and Columbia Memorial Hospital, Astoria, Oregon. William Elton, MD, FCAP

Dr. Elton graduated with a Bachelor degree at Amherst College, Amherst, Massachusetts in 1956. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in 1960. Dr. Elton served his internship at Denver General Hospital, Denver, Colorado and his residency in Pathology at Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, New York and Presbyterian Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Elton is board certified through the National Board of Medical Examiners, parts I, II, and III, American Board of Pathology in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in 1965, American Board of Pathology in Hematology in 1982, American Board of Nuclear Medicine, 1972 and recertified in Nuclear Medicine in 1988. Dr. Elton is an active staff member of St. John Medical Center, Longview, Washington. He is licensed in Washington, Oregon and Montana.

Laila Naqib-Osman, MD, FCAP

Dr. Naqib-Osman graduated with an M.B.B.Ch from the Faculty of Medicine, Kuwait. She served residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Berkshire Medical Center, Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Dr. Naqib-Osman completed a Surgical Pathology fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a Cytopathology fellowship at Oregon Health and Science Center in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Naqib-Osman was board certified in Anatomic and Clinic Pathology by the American Board of Pathology in 1998 and in Cytopathology through the American Board of Pathology in 2003. She is an active member of St. John Medical Center. Dr. Naqib-Osman is licensed in Washington and Oregon.

Hasan Osman, MD, FCAP

Dr. Osman graduated with an M.B.B.Ch from the Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, Cairo, Egypt. He served his internship and residency in Nuclear Medicine at Oregon Health Science University, Portland, Oregon. Dr. Osman was board certified in Nuclear Medicine through the American Board of Nuclear Medicine in 2003. He is an active member of St. John Medical Center. Morrill Moorehead, MD, FCAP

Dr. Moorehead graduated with a BA from Loma Linda University La Sierra Campus, Riverside, California. Min-Guang "Michael" Wang, MD, PhD, FCAP

Dr. Wang received his medical degree from Shanghai Medical University in Shanghai, China. He received a Ph.D. from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. Dr. Wang served his residency in Pathology at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. Dr. Wang completed fellowship training in Hematopathology from Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Wang received his board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in 2002 and Hematopathology in 2004 through the American Board of Pathology.
