Patient Services
NMAL provides clinical laboratory and EKG testing services for patients and physicians in the Lower Columbia region.
A written order from a physician is required for most specimen processing. However, a limited range of tests - including glucose, cholesterol, and PSA - can be arranged by patient request. Click here for self-referral information.
When a specimen is collected at your physician's office, our couriers promptly transport the sample to our laboratory for testing. The results are delivered to your physician as quickly as possible. 80% of our results are delivered within 24 hours.
Your physician may alternatively send you to one of our convenient patient service locations for specimen collection.
Northwest Medical Analytic Laboratory provides three convenient specimen collection and EKG testing centers.
When visiting an NMAL draw center, patients should bring the following information:
- The NMAL test requisition (order) form completed by your physician or health care provider
- Your current medical insurance identification card or other medical coverage documentation
